Isma Valle is in charge of the kitchen, who learned his craft from his 7 years at the old Metro Moyua and Bilbao Berria (Ledesma 26), classics of the Bilbao Berria Group.
Juan Bautista Agreda is a fundamental pillar in the area of gastronomy, who for almost a year has held the position of Executive Chef in Grupo Bilbao Berria. Agreda, with an extensive professional curriculum, has contributed his technical skills and creativity towards the development of Basuki's gastronomic offer.
DESIGNED BY THE BARCELONA STUDIO INTERIOR AE AND CREATED BY INTERIOR DESIGNERS ANGIE AND EVA WHO HAVE PUT THE MAGIC IN BASKUI. THE SPACE MAINTAINS CLASSICAL ELEMENTS OF THE PREMISES, LIKE THE BRICK WALL IN THE WAITING ZONE AND PART OF THE DINING ROOM, ORIGINAL WOOD COLUMNS THAT COMBINE ELEGANCE, MODERN MATERIALS AND AVANT-GARDE DESIGNS.
The dining room flows around the heart of the place, the kitchen of embers. An open kitchen in view of the customers, allows the gastronomic experience to extend from the grill to the table.
The place has a capacity for 80 people, divided into two areas, and also has a small reserved section on the top floor.
The characteristics and personality of this new venue make it an optimal and surprising space to host all kinds of corporate events and professional meetings.
